If you are new to microdosing mushrooms or generally find yourself to be sensitive to products then choose 50mg psilocybin dose.
If you are experienced and feel like you need a stronger dose please choose 100mg.
If you’re not sure we suggest starting with 50mg as you can always take 2 capsules.
